Create a BRANDED INTRO Video which not only positions this 6 weeks challenge like a game in the mind of Participants. But, Also Inspires them to

COMPLETE ALL OF THE LEVELS!

 

Total Participants = 500+

Our Goal = Inspire at least 50 participants = Rate = 10% 

 

Once any participant completes the Hackathon. Upsell percentage goes upto = 90%

Upsell of Rs 15000 x 50 = Rs 7,50,000 in Additional Revenue!

THE STORY

After completing launching our brand new campaign, REBOOT 2023,
Sidz was so Impressed & Fired Up! that he assigned the next gig of Hackathon 6.0!

The Real Challenges

Now, Easier said than done!

But, We were not aware of the challenges that this gig potentially had!

 

CHALLENGE 1 = THE END GOAL!
For those who don't know! Hackathon is a 12 Weeks Challenge for every Digital Coach to set up their Online Business.

With this video, we were not only supposed to Excite them. But, Also sustain this excitement for the next 12 Weeks!!!

 

CHALLENGE 2: THE BORED AUDIENCE!!!
This was Sidz 26th Hackathon! With our Branded Intro Video for REBOOT 2023 We really took the bars of creativity to the roof! & NOW Yet another Gig!!! That too with a audience size of more than 700+ People

 

CHALLENGE 3 = THE LONG-TERM GOAL

It was not just about the 12 Weeks, We were aiming to position this season in a complete complete different way!

Read the message that I sent to Sidz below...

Trusting me & The Long Term Vision that I shared,
Sidz, Agreed to the Idea...

 

But, No one had any idea of what was going on...

Except me!

The Creative Team

Our Creative team was a bit skeptic about this Idea!

As the Idea of Harry Potter seemed to be too childlike to them!

 

Now, Me being a leader on this project. I couldn't take the team along with me! If our visions aren't aligned!

 

So, We all sat on a Zoom Call & Thanks to my Sales & Persuasion skills
I was able to give them a bit idea of the complete picture holding 50% doubt & 50% faith in me!

 

They decided to take the leap of faith & DIVE IN...

The PRESENTATION TIME!

After, Spending almost the next 48 hours working on this project!

Re-Iterating Versions & Versions!

 

At last, we came to the conclusion that...

"Ok. Now it's enough! Let's present this to Sidz, Jo Hoga Dekha Jayega!!!"

 

Now, The Funny thing here is...
My Team had 50% doubt & 50% Faith!

 

But, There was just one person who had 100% of doubt
& It was ME!!!

 

Look, I'll tell you the reasons behind it!

  1. Most of our audience were working professionals!
  2. We didn't have an idea, Whether they were mentally open to a change or not???
  3. & Last, It wasn't just about the project anymore!
    But, It was also about the Faith that my Team showed in me!!!

Now, Will I be able to stand on it or not?

Will I get my team disappointed in me??

 

Huhhhh, These things were good enough for me to scrap the project! 

 

But, Trusting my gut,

I decided to forward the FIRST DRAFT, Anyways!!!

& When we got Sidz reply!

Man! Our whole team was in tears!

 

I purposefully & doubtedly asked Sidz, Are you sure?

This is something that you'd like to proceed with??

Later, We found that Sidz was not only impressed! But, Watching this video he was soooo inspiredddd

 

So Inspiredddd....

 

That Right within the next moment, He shot an email to 700+ HACKATHON participants with this headline...

"URGENT LETTER FROM HOGWART🦉🎩"

The SHOW TIME!

The event was planned to start at 8:00 pm IST,
Hurrily after finishing my workout, I was heading towards our office!

 

Only to find out that!
I missed the launch of the INTRO Video!

 

Gosh!!!

Did our video serve the goal?

Were we able to create a V-ILLUSION of Game in Sidz audience's mind?

 

All of these questions start to ponder in my mind & Suddenly I get a video message from my friend Kamna Jain Who is also a part of Deepak Kanakaraju's Team. Luckily she was also attending the HACKATHON...

 

Oh, Man! This video itself brought our entire team into TEARS...

Suddenly, Everything felt worth it!!! (Check this video)

According to maths, If this video itself would have done its job well...

100% conversion would have led to $110000 (75 Lakhs) in revenue,
